Executive Leadership and Development Coach
About Me
Throughout my career, I've needed to face change and transformation head on, even at times when I wasn't ready for it. I have lived and worked in both the U.S. and in Europe while also transitioning from a career in the military to a civilian one, which exposed me to diverse cultures and perspectives. I also have held multiple positions across more than 15 years working in professional program management and acquisition, meaning that I've needed to navigate different roles, leaders, and workplace expectations.

While navigating all these contexts and changes, I realized that I never stopped to evaluate my own strengths. Instead, I found that I was bending to meet the demands of toxic leaders or organizational goals that did not align with my values. This was taking me farther from my natural talents and passions, and ultimately left me feeling unfulfilled, both personally and professionally. This led me to take the steps needed to shift from the 9 to 5 grind to a life of travel and a career that I'm proud of and love.

The experience of making a big change myself made me realize that placing people and their needs at the center of any transformation is paramount. That's why I launched my coaching practice—so I could create something that puts people first, especially during times of tremendous transition.
I now help people define what's most meaningful to them and find fulfillment based on their own professional values. I'm committed to building a strong and trusting coaching relationship to give you the support you need to succeed in a way that feels authentic to you.
